Program Overview

Illinois has implemented incentive programs to offset the cost of installing Level 2 and Direct Current (DC) charging stations. The Reimaging Electric Vehicles (REV) program offers rebates and tax credits to compensate for the installation of charging stations.

In addition to the programs offered by the state of Illinois, electric utility companies may offer additional incentives for the installation of Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers. Certain EV charging stations, including those that receive service from United Illuminating and other AVANGRID companies, may be eligible for additional EV charging incentives. Charging Station Incentives (offered by REV)

Level II	-Up to $500 per port-Incentives are based on the beneficial impacts of the charging station
Level III	-Up to $2,500 per port-Incentives are based on the beneficial impacts of the charging station
