Private/Utility EV Charging Incentive – Dominion Energy

Dominion Energy offers residential customers a rebate of $125 for the purchase of a new Level 2 EVSE. To qualify, customers must enroll in Dominion Energy’s demand response program and register their EVSE on or after March 1, 2021. Eligible customers will also receive a payment of $40 annually on the anniversary of their enrollment in the demand response program. Private/Utility EV Charging Incentive – Dominion Energy

Dominion Energy offers rebates to multi-family, workplace, transit bus depots and fast-charging location customers for the purchase and make-ready costs of Level 2 EVSE and direct current fast chargers (DCFC). The total number of rebates and funding available are as follows:

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Bill Credit – Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC)

Private/Utility EV Charging Incentive

REC offers a monthly $7 bill credit to residential customers that enroll in a time-of-use charging pilot program. Participants must schedule their EV to charge during off-peak hours. Enrollment is limited to 200 participants and is on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, see the REC EV Pilot Program website.
